Bespoke Residential Renovation

This bespoke renovation transformed an established Coogee Beach residence into a refined coastal retreat, combining premium natural materials, custom craftsmanship, and luxury outdoor living.

Internally, the home was completely reimagined with the installation of natural travertine and European oak flooring, creating warmth and continuity throughout the living spaces. A custom stone fireplace forms the centrepiece of the main living area, complemented by handcrafted stained oak joinery designed specifically for the home.

The designer kitchen was meticulously detailed and finished with semi-precious stone benchtops, a handmade Moroccan tile splashback, and a suite of premium appliances, delivering both exceptional functionality and striking visual appeal. Custom cedar doors and windows were incorporated throughout, enhancing the home’s natural character while maximising light, ventilation, and connection to the surrounding landscape.

Externally, the project extended beyond the home itself to create a complete lifestyle environment. Works included a luxury outdoor entertaining area featuring a motorised louvered roof system, architectural metal cladding elements, and a comprehensive swimming pool renovation. Extensive landscaping works were undertaken across the property, integrating structured planting, hardscape features, and a custom half basketball court to provide a functional recreation space for the family.
